For the application part, you can right click -> edit menus to add a launcher to the application. I may detail this process later in a future post.

As for the going back a page, try backspace.

Hey worked fine, just wondering, how do I get entertainer to start in the applications menu or automatically? Also, how do I go back a page as I must use the arrows keys to navigate(no remote).
